Remote control for motion sensor, full control over your lighting
With the special remote control for motion sensors, you get maximum control over your lighting. This remote control is designed to easily adjust settings, without complicated programming or physical switches. All functions of the motion sensor can be set wirelessly: from permanent control and lux settings to dimming levels and advanced scene modes. This makes operation not only user-friendly, but also extremely flexible and energy-efficient.
Advantages of the remote control
The remote control not only offers convenience, but also a wide range of settings that allow you to fully tailor your lighting to the situation.
-Wireless control of all motion sensor functions
-Save energy with dimming functions and daylight detection
-Settings are retained, even after power failure
-Four preset scene modes for immediate use
-Manual fine-tuning for detection, dimming level and lux threshold
All functions of the remote control explained
1. Permanent ON/OFF function
With the ON/OFF button, you permanently switch the light on or off. In this position, the motion sensor is completely switched off.
-To exit this mode, press Auto Mode, RESET or one of the Scene mode buttons.
2. Sensor mode
With the Auto Mode button, you activate the motion sensor. The sensor then operates with the last selected settings, so you don't have to re-set each time.
3. Reset function
With the RESET button, you reset all settings to factory defaults. These are:
-Detection range: 100%
-Hold time: 10 minutes
-Stand-by period: 10 minutes
-Stand-by dimming level: 10%
-Daylight sensor: disabled
4. Dim + / Dim -
With the Dim + and Dim - buttons, you can manually adjust the light intensity during the active period.
-Dim + increases the light output
-Dim - decreases the light output
5. Test mode
The Test 2s button temporarily puts the motion sensor in test mode.
-Hold time is set to 2 seconds
-Stand-by period and daylight sensor are disabled
-This mode is ideal for testing operation and detection
-To exit test mode, press RESET, Scene mode or Hold-time6. Power output
With the Power output buttons, you choose the maximum light level:
-100%, 80%, or lower depending on application
-The 80% setting is ideal for energy saving and compensates for lumen reduction of LEDs over time
-Suitable for fluorescent fixtures with 10,000 hours initial burn-in
7. Lux disable
With the Lux disable button, you switch off the daylight sensor. The lighting will then always switch on with movement, regardless of the amount of ambient light.
8. Scene mode
The remote control has four pre-programmed scene modes, each with fixed settings. These can be manually adjusted and will be retained, even after a power interruption.
-Scene 1: Detection 100%, Hold time 1 min, Stand-by period 10 min, Stand-by dimming level 10%, Daylight sensor 2 lux
-Scene 2: Detection 100%, Hold time 5 min, Stand-by period 10 min, Stand-by dimming level 10%, Daylight sensor 2 lux
-Scene 3: Detection 100%, Hold time 10 min, Stand-by period 30 min, Stand-by dimming level 10%, Daylight sensor 10 lux
-Scene 4: Detection 100%, Hold time 10 min, Stand-by period ∞, Stand-by dimming level 10%, Daylight sensor 50 lux
9. Detection range
With the remote control, you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor:
-100%, 50% or 10% range
This allows you to easily reduce or enlarge the detection area.
10. Hold-time
The Hold-time determines how long the light stays on at 100% after motion is detected.
Adjustable to: 2s / 30s / 1min / 5min / 10min / 30min.
11. Daylight sensor
Set the lux threshold of the daylight sensor from 2 lux.
-Press the blue button to measure and capture the ambient light
-Or use Lux disable for permanent activation with movement
12. Stand-by period
The Stand-by period determines how long the lighting remains in dimmed mode after no more movement.
Adjustable to: 0s / 10s / 1min / 10min / 30min / +∞.
-0s: immediate switch-off (on/off control)
-+∞: bi-level control, lighting never switches off completely
13. Stand-by dimming level
Choose how strongly the lighting dims during the stand-by period.
Adjustable to: 10%, 20% or 30%.
Conclusion
The remote control for motion sensors offers a complete set of functions for optimal control of your lighting. Whether you want permanent control, energy saving through dimming levels or automatic adjustment with daylight sensors: this remote control makes it all possible. Thanks to the combination of fixed scene programs and manual settings, operation is both simple and flexible. An indispensable tool for anyone who wants to control their lighting smartly and efficiently.
